Supervisor (Dept.11B)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the RV production line, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and dedication to fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all aspects of departmental production and ensure overall departmental efficiencies. 
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. 
  • Follow the Leader’s Standard Work. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  • Provide constructive feedback to support employee development and improvement. Conduct employee evaluations. 
  • Overseeing employee training records and policy acknowledgments. 
  • Prioritize departmental safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols. 
  • Maintain an open-minded and curious approach, eager for continuous learning and development. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, legal changes, and best leadership practices. 
  • Effectively plan and prioritize daily tasks and assignments to meet production goals and deadlines. 

Qualifications:  

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Time management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly. 
  • Ability to lead and motivate personnel. 
  • Ability to multi-task and delegate as needed.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is considered advantageous. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 
  • Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and a commitment to delivering the best results for Triple E. 
  • Have the legal right to work in Canada. 
  • Valid Driver’s License. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing for extended periods. 
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures within the production environment. 

 Working Conditions:  

  • On-Site, Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. 
  • The facility operates within clean air standards, and there may be odors associated with manufacturing processes, including solvents
