JOB DESCRIPTION
The Banding and Gluing Team Member is responsible for executing precise banding and gluing tasks on a variety of parts and components used in the manufacture of recreational vehicle interiors. This role involves working with specialized machinery and adhesives to ensure the highest level of quality and finish. Team members will adhere to safety standards and production schedules while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
