Employee Experience Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking an individual who excels at building meaningful relationships and transforming insights into strategies that create a positive experience for all Triple E employees. As the Employee Experience Lead, you will be an ambassador for the Triple E brand and company vision, responsible for driving initiatives that boost brand awareness, attract top talent, and elevate the overall employee experience. By enhancing employee engagement, optimizing communication, and staying ahead of industry trends, you will ensure that Triple E remains a leading employer of choice.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Translate Triple E’s vision and organizational goals into comprehensive employee engagement and brand promotion strategies.
  • Design and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, well-being, and a strong sense of community within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all internal and external channels.
  • Develop and map out the employee journey from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding, identifying and addressing opportunities to improve the experience at each stage.
  • Engage with Triple E employees to encourage them to act as brand advocates, sharing positive experiences and promoting Triple E as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure that all employee interactions, from recruitment to departure, consistently reflect our brand values and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage a respectful and positive offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, analyzing feedback to enhance retention, and supporting a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Partner with the Hiring Lead to create a recruitment experience that aligns with and promotes Triple E’s brand and values.
  • Take charge of planning, leading, and actively implementing company events and initiatives.
  • Work with the People & Culture Lead to develop and implement plans that boost employee engagement.
  • Contribute to various projects as a member of the People and Culture team, maintaining an agile and open-minded approach.
  • Leverage research tools to gain insights into employee needs, expectations, and pain points, using data to drive continuous improvements in the employee experience.
  • Establish and manage communication channels to facilitate transparent and effective communication between employees and the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Explore innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the employee journey, ensuring Triple E remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within Triple E RV.
  • Ability to work effectively and inclusively with a wide range of people, both within and outside the department.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
  • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Consistent lead by example, acting with integrity, respect, and independence.
  • Courage and confidence to speak up skillfully.
  • Experience producing content for the web and social media, with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in digital communication with knowledge of social media platforms and demonstrated digital strategic planning skills.
  • Graphic design skills, including a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other current creative technologies, is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in photography and video production is preferred.
  • Legal right to work in Canada.
  • Valid driver’s license.

 Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, on-site.
  • Working in an office environment with access to a sit-stand desk.
  • Will be required to be in the production facility where you may be exposed to dust and chemicals. When in the production facility, safety glasses and hearing protection are required.
