We’ve been creating recreational vehicles in Winkler, Manitoba since 1965. It all started when Peter W. Enns and his two sons-in-law Philipp Ens and Peter Elias got together to form a family business. To this day, Triple E is rooted in that same family tradition. Job Description:

Utility and comfort is what’s important at this work centre. Installation of the cabinetry and the plumbing systems including testing to ensure all systems function properly.


Job Description:

Join a team where consistency is key. Operate the chopper gun, applying layers of fiberglass and ensuring they are smooth by rolling them, as well as maintaining the molds to give each RV a high quality shell and their signature shape.

Cabinet Parts Press

Job Description:

Find yourself right in the middle of our cabinet making process, by adding a beautifully designed panel to each one of the cabinet parts.

Hydraulic Jack Installation

Job Description:

Prepare the foundation of our units,work to start each different unit on its’ journey as you and your team member install the Hydraulic Jack Leveling System on each of the coaches.

Pre-Paint Finishing

Job Description:

Join the team responsible for all the pre paint finishing touches. From hooking up the drainage system to installing curtains and doors, interior&exterior cleaning,cab sanding,Team 6 does it all. And you can too.

Slide-Out Assembler

Job Description:

Join a team who brings a whole new dimension to our RVs. Assemble and install state of the art slide outs that will expand the space greatly. Install doors in the RV and work on the exterior finishing, so that you can be sure it looks great as you send it on its way.

Cabinet Assembler

Job Description:

Bring our handcrafted cabinets to life as you work both in the mill and on the production line to help realize the beautiful interiors of each RV model.

Under-Floor Assembly

Job Description:

Go into the belly of the beast as you work to finish off the lower section of the unit. Install baggage compartment doors, lower fiberglass components and complete the under chassis work

Documentation Technician

Triple E Canada Ltd. (whose companies include Triple E Recreational Vehicles and Lode King Industries) is looking for a Documentation Technician.

The Documentation Technician will be responsible for taking technical information and illustrating it in a way that can be easily understood and utilised by non-technical individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the operating and maintenance manuals, user guides, system manuals and help files for all Triple E’s product lines, which include recreational vehicles and commercial highway transport trailers
  • Creating and maintaining a library of technical instructional videos

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A university or college degree/diploma in industrial design, communications, technical writing or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in technical writing and communications
  • Desktop publishing skills are a must
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office)
  • Strong working knowledge of Information design, Information architecture, Training material development, Illustration, 3D modelling software (Solidworks experience)
  • Excellent written skills in english
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Video (filming and editing) and graphic design skills are an asset

Content Marketing Coordinator

The Role:

Attention to detail and a spirit of innovation have been factors of the ongoing success of Triple E’s 50-plus year history. We are looking to add a Content Marketing Coordinator to our industry-leading marketing team. This is a corporate position for Triple E Canada Ltd., whose divisions include Triple E RV and Lode King Industries.

As a Content Marketing Coordinator, your primary role will be to create and curate strategic marketing content. You will work in a variety of areas, including content, social media, advertising, and community development. You are an effective communicator, obsessed with details, and bring energy and innovative thinking to content marketing projects. You are eager to learn, hard-working, and passionate about all things social media and digital marketing. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will work closely with members of the team and report to the Director of Marketing.


  • Create strategic marketing content
  • Researching and writing SEO-friendly content pieces such as blog posts and social media content
  • Develop consistent messaging for the company’s websites and marketing campaigns
  • Write press releases and other company materials, including newsletters and company reports
  • Detailed proofreading and editing
  • Work alongside the marketing team to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals
  • Manage and grow our online and social media communities
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels

  • Generate routine analytics reports for all organic and paid initiatives and make recommendations for improvements based on results
  • Review and analyze social KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis using social media reporting practices

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree/diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Past experience producing content for the web and social media with a strong portfolio
  • Experience in the digital communication space with extensive knowledge of social media platforms and demonstrated digital strategic planning skills
  • Graphic design skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other current technologies used for creative work
  • Working knowledge of online paid media channels including Google Adwords and Facebook Advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords and various social media analytics platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Keen eye for clean design and visual layout
  • Independent and well organized with strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for people and developing communities
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and make decisions under pressure
