Production Positions

Cabinet & Plumbing Installation

Job Description:

Join a team that forms the very foundation of our production process. Prep chassis for floor installation, as well as cabinet and plumbing installations to set the production line in motion.

Tire Prep

Job Description:

A comfortable ride begins with fresh tires. Prep both chassis and rims for their new wheels and tires as you work to ensure maximum comfort for anyone who uses a Leisure Travel Van.

Plumbing Prep

Job Description:

Working in plumbing prep you’ll be responsible for cutting pieces of both copper and PEX lining, as well as prepping the ABS plumbing pipe. It will also be your resonsibility to make sure that shower panels are ready for when they need to be installed.

Function Tester

Job Description:

Without this group of dedicated testers our RVs would have a hard time functioning correctly. Test all the tiny functions of the RV to make sure everything is in working order. Test the likes of signal and brake lights, and check to confirm that no pieces have been left uninstalled during production.

Electrical Prep

Job Description:

Join a team so effective they have been mistaken for circuitry. Working in electrical prep you’ll be doing many things including, but not limited to, labelling, sorting, cutting, and connecting wires, as well as prepping the wire harnesses and lights for all the RVs.


Job Description:

Receiving is the very start of the process here at Triple E. As a member of the receiving team your responsibilities include unloading delivery trucks, verifying that all items have arrived, accepting courier packages, and delivering items to their correct storage locations, among other things.

Electrical Design Technologist

The Role:

Triple E RV, a manufacturer of high quality recreational vehicles, is seeking an Electrical Engineer/Technologist to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer/Technologist, you will be involved with product design works on electrical systems. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of electrical subsystems and equipment, including the power distribution, chassis, multiplex controls, coach electronics, lighting and a variety of appliance and miscellaneous components. As a member of the design team, your professional expertise will ensure engineering design changes are controlled and conveyed in an orderly manner. Working closely with design production and various departments, you will have a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of the organizational team.


  • Create engineering designs and drawings that meet sales requirements ensuring designs are within manufacturing abilities
  • Prepare technical summaries for code approval
  • Perform engineering calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with design criteria and all applicable regulation
  • Complete controlled testing of components and installations in order to meet ongoing obligations, ensure product reliability and verify component fit
  • Assist Designer/Drafts persons on tasks as required
  • Provide engineering support to production, quality assurance, customer service support, research and development and other departments as required
  • Interact with vendors and customers on electrical and component related issues
  • Check engineering documents, shop floor instructions and other documents as needed
  • Shop Floor involvement to ensure electrical systems are manufactured and installed according to drawing specifications
  • Research trends and look for opportunities in markets both within and outside the RV industry

Documentation Technician

Triple E Canada Ltd. (whose companies include Triple E Recreational Vehicles and Lode King Industries) is looking for a Documentation Technician.

The Documentation Technician will be responsible for taking technical information and illustrating it in a way that can be easily understood and utilised by non-technical individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the operating and maintenance manuals, user guides, system manuals and help files for all Triple E’s product lines, which include recreational vehicles and commercial highway transport trailers
  • Creating and maintaining a library of technical instructional videos

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A university or college degree/diploma in industrial design, communications, technical writing or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in technical writing and communications
  • Desktop publishing skills are a must
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office)
  • Strong working knowledge of Information design, Information architecture, Training material development, Illustration, 3D modelling software (Solidworks experience)
  • Excellent written skills in english

Content Marketing Coordinator

The Role:

We are looking to add a Content Marketing Coordinator to our industry-leading marketing team. This is a corporate position for Triple E Canada Ltd., whose divisions include Triple E RV and Lode King Industries.

As a Content Marketing Coordinator, your primary role will be to create and curate strategic marketing content. You will work in a variety of areas, including content, social media, advertising, and community development. You are an effective communicator, obsessed with details, and bring energy and innovative thinking to content marketing projects. You are eager to learn, hard-working, and passionate about all things social media and digital marketing. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will work closely with members of the team and report to the Director of Marketing.


  • Create strategic marketing content
